About Prophet Noble Drew Ali
and the “Moors Divine and National Movement of the World”
Philosophy is the “Love of Wisdom”. Philo means Love and Sophia means Wisdom. Wisdom (Sophia) speaks to us all from on high as is stated in the first chapter of the Circle 7 Holy Koran divinely prepared by Prophet Noble Drew Ali.
I will take this opportunity to share with you my thoughts and experience regarding the “Moors Divine and National Movement of the World, which is the noble umbrella of all Moorish activity done in the spirit of the 5 civic principles “Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice. It is NOT the institution of the Moorish Science Temple of America (MSTA), which we all know has been divided and infiltrated. The MSTA is an organization under the umbrella, just as the Moorish Holy Temple of Science (MHTS) is. The INTENT of Prophet Noble Drew Ali was for it to be a PLACE to go and “Learn about your Nationality and your Birthrights”, which is NOT something that is given to you by a Sheik or a Grand Sheik, or a Governor, or a Grand Governor, etc. They have their place, however telling you, you are not a Moor is not that place, in fact, and in contradiction, their duty and mission encompasses telling you, you are a Moor and not a negroe, colored, black or ethiopian, etc., etc., none of those are nationalities.
It was NOT intended to be a “secret society” either. The call out was / is simple:
1. Come (that means gather around) and hear the TRUTH about YOUR Nationality and YOUR Birthrights.
2. You are NOT Negro, Colored, Black or Ethiopian (ethiopian means dividing line - not a people.)
3. Link Yourself BACK to the family of NATIONS
4. Take Your Place amongst the affairs of man.
In concert with #1 - the first thing you would do is gather around to hear.
In concert with #2 - then you have to learn to know you are not negro, colored, black or Ethiopian, and that requires some study to find it to be true.
In concert with # 3 -How do you link back to the family of Nations? Well, you would have to have a Nationality. Thereby, you would have to make that claim. That is why to be a member, you must declare (be clear) of your nationality, and in these days and times you must proclaim it (publish), just as he said in Act 6 of the organizations’ By-Laws.
In concert with #4 - Then you can take your place amongst the affairs of man, instead of being a corporate person or citizen with no rights to deny, and mistreated BECAUSE you are not honoring your own foremothers and forefathers.
Honoring your own foremothers and forefathers is like a maxim, a norm. Now we (here at RV Bey) are not going to get into whatever problems you may personally have with your mother or your father, or your grandmother, or your grandfather, or your siblings, or your cousins, or your neighbors. We are simply looking at the purpose and the mission and consequently looking at what it will take to atleast be in the same direction. To learn more about why you may have trouble with family, and family may have trouble with you, you must look at their character, their experiences, their traumas, and yours. STILL, the honor of your family comes with the fact that they are family and for some reason you came into existence on this earth ether with them for your lessons, whatever they may be. Thereby, regardless to the things that must be worked out by each of us, with our higher and lower selves - here we all are.
IN FACT: In the literature, namely Circle 7 Holy Koran, the instructions for assimilating and uplifting self are included. Once you uplift self then you can assist in uplifting fallen humanity (without taking things personal). That is one of the hard-core lessons for all of us.
EYESWIDE OPEN
Let’s get back to the mission of those in the Temples as members, and those who hold position, such as a Sheik, who assist the Grand Sheik in the duties. They are all supposed to be doing missionary work. That means you ought to see them, or their assigns, out in the hedges and highways doing missionary work. Not discriminating and reporting to television shows and news casters that others may be Moors but they are not “Moorish American”. Now they all ought be ashamed of themselves for that. We are Moorish American because we are descendants of Moroccans born in America (as stated in #14 of the 101 Questionnaire) and if you know, you know that America is Morocco, as is stated, and explained in clarity and in depth in chapter 47 of the Circle 7 Holy Koran itself, of which they study from, or do they? These are some of the proofs that they are the renegades, not the people who have come with their “eyes wide open” since atleast around 2000, if not before. Remember it was stated that Moors would come into their own, or atleast start waking up around 2000.
MENTAL SLAVERY
We are aware that our people are still in a “mental slavery - state of mind”. We are aware they need to wake up and very aware people can be more then a hand-full when they themselves are not conscious of what their status is, but isn’t that the mission? So, prepare your Temple to receive, teach the people who believe… so they can graduate from belief into knowing, and with faith in what they know, they can manifest. That is the way it works for anyone and anything, whether in a Temple or not.

“There is but one Temple in the universe and that is the “Body of Man”.
CIVIC and RELIGIOUS
Unfortunately, there was a plan to make the Movement appear to ONLY be religious and that way, of course, many would turn away from that “religious stuff'“, as they say. They adopted practices of singing religious hymns replacing the name of ‘Jesus” with Noble Drew Ali. Truthfully they could have kept those songs in Jesus name (no pun intended) because Jesus really means Justice, and that is the answer to question #36 in the 101 Questionnaire. Try it with yourself. Whenever you see or read Jesus, replace it with Justice and it will ring diferently, more truthfully, as Justice is returning, but the man Yehoshuah, who is called by many names, may not. If he did, you may not recognize him anyway, as the kingdom of heaven is really within you, and as is stated in Circle 7 Holy Koran, Chapter 3:22 itself- “If man would find his savior he must look within; … Isn’t that a point of the mission, for one to study themselves and learn to be themselves? Didn’t Prophet Noble Drew Ali say, he came to teach the people to be themselves?
IDOLIZING or RESPECT?
Be CLEAR there is no idolizing going on - just respect. Respect mans to “look again”. Our studies have found to give CREDENCE to his works, as opposed to rejection. We found he was attempting to warn us of what is to come. In Fact he didn’t attempt, he actually did. If you read the oral statements, you will find that to be of truth as well. Even though some say “the Prophet did not say those things that were written and attested to by witnesses by name, from various temples, listed by name, who “said he said”. Well, guess what? somebody did say it and it is right and exact today. However, that is not the only reason to respect HIS works, which holds as being prophetic today. In our studies, we also found that the message he brought is a tried and true message that others brought before him, such as Sojourner Truth and Harriet Tubman and they did so BEFORE HE WAS EVEN BORN. Yet, as we know ‘they” kept so much information from the masses in the corporate public so-called schools. That was obviously intended as we are clear to see now. And with that, we begin to understand why Prophet Noble Drew Ali told all those Temples to have their own schools.
Unfortunately, they are fighting over which Temple #1 is the CORRECT one at Chicago (Mecca). Problem is they have DIFFERENT PHILOSOPHIES, and estranged leadership, thus they are NOT UNIVERSAL. So go figure. All they can do now is “try to get right”. That brings me to an excerpt from the writing “Religious Controversy” wherein the Prophet connected religion to the education system and I never quite got that, at first. Religion, being the ‘old time religon”, which is the science of the universe, we know as Astrology. Notice the temples all have “science” in it Moorish Holy Temple of SCIENCE and Moorish SCIENCE Temple of America. Yet, they don’t want you to teach astrology in the temple and that is another “go figure”. So, I was clear about the old time religion being astrology, when he said [in part] “and although the sun sits at high noon, they comprehend it not”, but the part about connecting it to education still (used to) baffle me. Here is that excerpt:
…..Although the ignorant has finished college, he is a fool right on, being trained to jump through a hoop. The longer he stays in the schools, the better he can jump. And the more vivid will he defend his jumping.

I used to think, just let them do whatever they do, and then I thought: Why ought I, we, you, or anyone be bashed, debased and called renegades because of them who actually have been infiltrated and sold out the “Moorish Divine and National Movement of the World, and the Prophet’s life works? And they say HE is THEIR Prophet. What is up with that HYPOCRISY. Read Chapter #34 - Sincerity, it shows hypocrisy as being the exact polar opposite of sincerity.
May the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice always be with you, and may you wisely use your inner force regarding those divine principles, because the force does not go away, but power dissipates.

FUL-FILLED
Many active and conscious Moorish – Americans across our North Continent (America) have been consistent and dedicated in their civil and social duties and responsibilities to answer up to their constitution principles. In exercising their (our) Unalienable Rights and their (our) Divine Birthrights, Moors have been working to take their places in the affairs of men.
On December 22, 2012, Rahm Emanuel, Mayor of Chicago (Mecca) published a Proclamation that affirmed that Moors are the aboriginal and indigenous people of North America, South America, Central America and the adjoining Islands. To date, several other City Officials have proclaimed the very same proclamation.
A Proclamation is the act of ‘Proclaiming’ or ‘Publishing’, which is an ‘Avowel’ (open Declaration) or a formal ‘Declaration’. This act causes some ‘State’ matters to be ‘Published’ or to be made generally known; and by virtue of the said ‘matter’ being placed in ‘written form’ and issued by proper authority.
PLEASE NOTE: 2012 series of proclamations were NOT the First to be published, aside from the “Sundry Free Moors” 1790; Pennsylvania Senate Resolution #75 -1933; City council of Philadelphia 1991; and Mayoral Office 2001, as well as Washingotn, DC - 2011.

About Proclamations issued by various Mayors
of various cities within various States.
In the Library of Congress, there exist a Mural in mosaic tile on the ceiling in regards to Theology, of which from a Moorish perspective in modern days, correlates to the Proclamations memorialized by Mayors of various cities speaking about how Moors formed a sovereign theocratic government.
These proclamations are manifestations of a fulfillment. Prophet Noble Drew Ali said in his “Divine Warning for the Nations”…
You who doubt whether I, the Prophet, and my principles are right for the redemption of my people, go to those that know law, in the City Hall and among the officials in your government and ask them under an intelligent tone, and they will be glad to render you a favorable reply, for they are glad to see me bring you out of darkness into marvelous light.”
These proclamations are also evidence of a favorable reply and prophecy fulfilled.
The Proclamations made by various Mayors, commenced at the end of 2011, with Rahm Emanuel, Mayor of Chicago, starting a host of them throughout 2012 from other Mayors of cities. It is to note, however those are not the first to ever be published.
There were some “Moorish Leaders - Grand Sheiks, etc., ” who thought they ought not be availed because “the people” were mis-using them. We are not sure exactly how. Probably due to arrrogance and unintelligent tones some may have displayed, we often go into emotional over-load, or what is called emotional insanity. We present that it is Prophecy fulfilled and how someone interpreted or misinterpreted them cannot be in another’s control. They are what they are.
NOTE: The Constitution says full-faith and credit is to be given to any judicial acts of any State (Article IV), however these were submitted by Mayors, and a few city council boards and not by States, per se’ with the exception of the State of Texas and a Senate Joint Resolution #75 - Philadelphia, and an act of Congress 1790 (Sundry Free Moors).
There were also some State officials, that wanted them to be recanted. How unveiling is that? as to their intent. It could not be because of one’s religious practice, as that is forbidden - right? nor because the verbage is untruthful, because it is truthful and it did happen. So, for what reason did they want them recanted? Could it be those who have been squarely coined, negro, colored and black ought to remain negro, colored and black and under 14th amendment corporate person status, jurisdiction and citizenship? We know that is not correct by the very knowledge that 14th amendment was / is for fictitious or corporate persons ONLY, and that is why no one of flesh and blood, breathing, natural, origins can be a 14th amendment citizen of any construct, as warned emphatically by Moorish Divine and National Movement information and world education. So, was it to keep numbers up, to say that all these 14th amendment citizens / corporate fiction persons exist, yet remain in “civil liter mortus” which means they are “dead in the eyes of the Law”, thus are chattel. That would just be a continuance of slavery by paper. Whichever way, something just is not right about it, wouldn’t you say? Besides, who can determine your status, or relationship to the rest of the community, or your political allegiance - except you?

Follow What Leader?
When you are led by others, you may be led off a cliff and not able to turn around.
A few years ago for the Honor presentment of Prophet Noble Drew Ali, I hand drew a depiction of people following other’s off a cliff to indicate where many of us are today. I also drew one of what I call the ”failed handshake of unity”, indicating one of the things that happened to the MSTA after the Prophet passed form. It seemed the leadership divided and the handshake of unity failed from within, and the pillars of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice were abandoned.
E. Mealy El was already in place and C. Kirkman Bey was next in line after him to take leadership, by the Prophet’s decree. However, Kirkman Bey, for whatever reasons, did not want to wait until Mealy El stepped down to take on the leadership role. Kirkman was an “Adviser” and Grand Sheik at Ohio at the time of the Prophet’s passing and he was a brilliant man, he knew several languages, thereby was a valuable member to the organization. yet, his actions caused chaos when he spear-headed a vote amongst the members to vote him in as the head against the organizations By-Laws.
Resultantly, the organization reversed the voting that was done outisde of the authority and By-Laws of the organization. Yet, Kirkman was not satisfied with that so he did a series of things over the next few years, that ultimately led to an even greater divison, or at least one of them that had a major impact on the organization. Let’s do a bulleted list so we can have a better understanding of what took place, verified in the archived records:
A vote was implemented that was not within the By-Laws of the organization.
That vote was re-tracted after causing much chaos and division.
Approximately 2 years later in 1931, Kirkman Bey took Mealy El to Court, thereby he took the ENTIRE MSTA organization to Court.
He lost in court because the Magistrate of the Municipal, / court said the MSTA had their own By-Laws and he needed to honor them. There was nothing the court could do about his grievances. (Note: the power and freedom of an organization’s By-Laws.)
Kirkman did not stop there. In January of 1934, he then recorded with the secretary of stae of Ohio, articles of incorporation AND amendment thereto of the moorish science temple of America, under the foreign corporation act of the state of Ohio - statute #1703.1
Within that recording entered into the State of Ohio, there was wording that equated if any members did not “do right”, they could take them to Court. Yes, to Court outside of the Temple, instead of following the By-Laws for activity within the Temple organization, set forth by Noble Drew Ali. This can be the foundation of “belief” in telling “the man” on your brother. Please note “the man” is a generational term that meant - the police or policy enforcers andit is used in the lettr from Mealy El to the members afer the court case. I atached it, but had to re-type it because the archive was extremely poor for reading and or enhancing any other way.
I suppose Kirkman did not have much faith in the organization, and thought he needed to amend and change a few things. However principles don’t need changing, as principles do not change. At any rate one of his changes included the following: “to bring law suits against any Member of the organization or any one that may defraud or mis-lead any person or persons to make them believe that they are dealing with the Moorish science temple of america” He had already brought a law suit against Mealy El, of Temple #1, himself, and lost because he did not follow the By-Laws of the organization. This is suspect.
However, maybe there is an explanation that none of us know about and no one wants to say. Either way it was an act of deterioration - from within, even if it was / is a “misunderstanding”. We all have been there. Yet, this is more like foundaton for infiltration.
Whether this was done because of loss in faith of the organization, or the need, or want to be in power, it was a “change in philosophy”, a display of NOT being Universal, a blatant display of dis-unity and an inability to “be in the same direction.”
I do not profess to know everything about what may have led up to this action from someone else’s mind, but we know this much by record. It would be great if the Temples themselves would show love for the people and the Prophet and straighten this 2 Temple Mother charters, as there can only be one, as with any charter. All other Temples’ charters are subordinate, and that follows through with each State having the same temple # for that State or territory, and all others in that state being subordinate.
We may understand now why we find many different charters for the MSTA in the records, made at different times, even at overlappig times, with different signatures, etc. For the people to have to figure out which Temple is the “right” Temple #1, is just not right nor exact. How do you ferret through and figure out which one is the one that will take the members to court, or the one that will follow the By-Laws of the organization?
In fact, as another point of confusion. I found, in the archives, proof that the Moors Holy Temple of Science, or Moorish Temple of Science as it was shortened and utilized, distinguished as (MHTS), existed alongside the Moors Science Temple of America (MSTA), of which the MSTA was rightly the religious arm. So why hide the MHTS and act as if it did not exist or ceased to exist after the MSTA? We can show the flyer below, but can we be sure the continued existence of it was a “good” thing, or a bad thing? I suppose it depends on whose point of view or “side” one was on at that time, as clearly there was a shaking up, a changing around and what smells like a “sell-out” going on somewhere in it all.
CIRCLE OF CONFUSION
Was the MHTS maintaining the civics while the MSTA was the religious arm? That makes sense when you think about the fact that the MHTS ADOPTED the MSTA as its religious name, as the records show, and as is on the back of the 101’s, that it was adopted. So, there is nothing wrong with that. But others say no, it was NOT adopted, it was CHANGED completely and all there is, is the religion of it all under the MSTA. So you have a clear ground work for confusion right there. That leads to them saying the Moorish Science Temple of America adopted for its religious arm, the Moorish Science Temple of America. OR, if they keep it as it was cahgnd then they can say the oorish Science Temple was established in 1913 and that eliminates the Old Canaanite temple, which was the first temple established as a civic organiation in 1913. And by the way, whether it was changed or adopted, the MSTA assigned Sheiks in 1928, whcih means it operated from 1913 til’ 1928 with out sheiks. Does that make sense? So the was it change, was it adopte shows ground work for time-line confusion. At any rate, if the MHTS was changed in 1928, it no longer exist by name after 1928. But that makes no sense because the MHTS was in a joint advertisment with the MSTA in 1934.
So, which one is it?, could it be both, the MHTS, which was estblished first in 1926, then adopted the MSTA in 1928 (as religious arm), then the MHTS changed its name to the MSTA that it adopted for the religious portion. It all sounds so confusing doesn’t it. If it was changed, the question of why it was changed is even more suspect and depends on who’s efforts or story you are looking at.
I followed one record where in November 1926 it says the Moorish Temple of Science (MHTS) was established to “uplift fallen humanity and teach the things necessary to make men and women better citizens, with signatures that did not have an El or a Bey on it: Lomax, Reynolds, Watts, and Rucker, nor did it utilize the word Sheik, at that time. Then 2 years later in May of 1928, it says they changed the name from Moorish Temple of Science to Moorish Science Temple of America, and then 2 months after that, in July of 1928 they appointed Sheiks, Mealy El, Lovett Bey and Foreman Bey. — Go figure, If I could just get you to thinking is an understatement when trying to ferret through this.
IDENTIFYING A LAWFUL TEMPLE
Maybe it has something to do with some of those other charters that were put on the record. Possibly attempting to wipe out any reference to civics. Bottom line here is which one is the one that will turn the people over to the corporate courts. How do we know? This is how you know: If the Temple you are in knows the difference between Law and Color of Law and teaches it to its members to assist with them not being molested by other citizens, whomever they may be.
LET’s MOVE ON
So let’s move on and call it all human err, ego, or otherwise weakened character. Because when we think about it, 10 years from now, there will be a whole host of MSTA’s put on the record and the language within those records will probably be alarmingly incorrect.
I did do a reading of the cosmic energies at that time of the failed handshake of unity, and Saturn was in Scorpio highlighting order and discipline, in the face of Scorpion Desire, as well Uranus was in Aries, where motivations can be self-centered and lend toward sudden disruptive and even destructive actions.
All statements made here are made at the best of my knowledge with no intent to mislead.
NOTICE BEWARE: This page is not completed, However, if anyone tells you, or tries to, that we as Moors are connected, or ought be connected to the 14th amendment.
