If you are travleing you are NOT driving. Driving needs to be regulated. If people exercise their "Right To Travel" collectively, their pockets may be fuller, and the pockets of those who assume you are avoiding their exploitation, would be greatly diminished. They are highwaymen who work for corporations. Their duty is not to protect you, but to protect the corporation. You decide which way you go, your choice does not change the law. Unfortunately those highwaymen like to literally “hit you upside the head and damage your property”.
